Kimberlee De Biase


Associate Attorney

Kim is an associate attorney with Breger Law Group and in-house counsel at Empire Title Services, Inc. She was born and raised in New England and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2003. After college, Kim became a licensed real estate agent and sold residential real estate throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts where her performance earned her the title of “Rookie of the Year.” Kim decided to continue her education and followed her dream of becoming an attorney. She was awarded a full-tuition scholarship to the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she currently resides with her husband and two Labrador Retrievers.

During law school, Kim served as the Executive Director of Competitions for the Moot Court Society and clerked for a well-known real estate attorney. Kim obtained her Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, in 2009 and is licensed to practice law in several states, including Florida. Kim focuses her practice on real estate transactions, title examinations, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and probate administration. Kim is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association and is a mentor with the Florida Bar YLD Law Student Division Mentoring Program.
